1. Returns
We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Process
To start a return, please email coupply@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personalized or custom-made gifts, undergarments, or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
